  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Scallion
  • 2 Jalapenos finely chopped pickled
  • 1 Tomato finely chopped
  • 3 oz Shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter for frying
  • Black pepper
  • Salt


  • Chop the jalapenos, tomatoes, and scallions very finely. 
  • Fry these in butter for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. 
  • Beat the eggs and pour into pan.
  • Scramble the eggs for 2 minutes and add cheese and seasonings.
