INGREDIENTS
You require dicing the celery stalks and bell pepper
Heat the olive oil at medium temperature
Add the celery stalk, bell pepper and the garlic to the oil once it gets heated
Cook till the celery turns soft
Add pepper and salt
Add the tomatoes and keep stirring
Add the chicken and broth
Cook the mixture for about 3 minutes
Add al l the other spices and some additional salt, if needed
Stir the mixture well and leave it for 2 minutes
Add the chopped cilantro to the mixture
Put the soup to boil at reduced temperature.
Add the cream cheese and stir till it blends uniformly
Let the mixture boil for about 5 minutes
Garnish the keto chicken soup with the diced tomatoes and the cilantro leaves
Serve
