Ingredients

  • 4 ounces sesame or olive oil
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp tamari sauce

  • Basil
  • Oregano leaves
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Tarragon

Instructions

  • The first step is to portion the salmon into half pound pieces. 
  • You mix the herbs, the tamari sauce, sesame oil. 
  • Now you place the salmon in the ziploc bag and then pour the mixture you just created.
  • For this baked salmon recipe you now need to refrigerate the fish for at least an hour, but not more than 4 hours.
  • Pay attention to its skin as it must be on the upper side.
  • When time is up, you need to preheat the oven and to prepare a large baking pan. 
  • Make sure the fish has enough room in the pan, in a single layer.
  • You need some space for the marinade as well. The fish must stay in the oven for some 10 to 15 minutes.
