Low Carb Meatloaf From Ketogenic Main Dishes

2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard

How to Prepare Your Low Carb Meatloaf
Heat butter in a saucepan and add onions, garlic and pepper; cook until the mixture becomes softer. Once it is cool enough, mince it.
Take a bowl and add eggs, spices, pepper, mustard, BBQ sauce, cream and salt to taste. Beat all together. Then add a little bit of gelatine on it and leave aside for 5 minutes. Mix properly with the above mixture.
Place minced beef and sausages on a chopping board and mix them together.
Get another bowl and beat almond flour and Parmesan cheese well.
Mix the meat mixture with the egg mixture. Once done add the almond flour mixture to it and mix properly until the stickiness is lost.
Take a glass baking dish and apply butter on the inside.
Make a loaf out of the mixture and place it on the glass baking dish. Leave approximately 1 inch from all the sides when placing.
