  1. Ketogenic is a lifestyle not a diet. Please educate yourself before posting this. Ragu is not okay to have. No chemically made oil or margarine is recognized my the body. You are harming your body.Corn,vegetable and soy oils are a huge no no also. You can only consume real butter, olive oil,ghee, or coconut oil. Ragu contains many no no ingredients for ketosis. Including SUGAR! If you want to eat low carb then please do it the healthy way.
